It shall not be this way among you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

Just as the verse above says, we believe the call to ministry is the call to serve. That is why one emphasis of this two-year program is on serving within the church. Each Sunday students will serve in 2 out of the 3 service times that Mosaic offers throughout the program.
The goal here is two-fold. One is to help students understand that most of ministry doesn't happen from a stage, it happens behind the scenes. And two is to help students identify, or clarify, their unique calling.
This happens in two phases. During the first year, students will be assigned rotations in each ministry area where they will serve for a specified time. Then, during the second year, students will pick a "Ministry Track" where they will receive more focused and specialized training and mentoring to help prepare them for ministry.
