What is the Dream Team?

The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student or Children's Ministry Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Production Team, to creating life-giving friendships by leading a Small Group—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

Areas of Service

Hospitality Team

This energetic team is made up of our ushers, greeters, coffee attendants, and information center. Whether it's offering a hot cup of coffee or a warm welcome these are the first people you will meet when you visit Mosaic.

Mosaic Kids

We know you love your kids, that's why at Mosaic our children's ministries are of the upmost importance. From assisting you in checking in your kids, to leading small group discussions, this team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities, and personal interactions.

Mosaic Worship

Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.

Production Team

Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through video, lighting, and other visual elements.

Connect Groups

We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Connect Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission.

Mosaic Students

Through relevant small groups, deliberate conversations, and impactful experiences, we are equipping the next generation to, not only, have a personal relationship with God, but to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

We know that without prayer, Mosaic would not exist. Be a part of the team that covers the services, and the people, in prayer.
