Monica, a Colorado native, returned to her home state in May 2021 after spending 18 years in the Tri-state area. Despite her roots, she might rival her native-born New Yorker husband, Benjy, in her affinity for the city. Monica earned her bachelor's degree in Pastoral Theology from Trinity Life Bible College.
At Mosaic, Monica oversees our First Impressions Ministry and serves as our building coordinator. Her passion for fitness is evident through her love for kickboxing and working out. She cherishes family time and traveling, with a personal goal of visiting the seven new wonders of the world.
Professionally, Monica is the controller for an architecture firm in NYC and the treasurer for two nonprofit organizations: Hispanic Women of Weld County and Immigrant Hope. She is a dedicated mother to her three sons, Jeremiah, Judah, and Joseph, and a proud new grandmother.
